A: We are located in the Plano Market Square Mall at the corner of Spring Creek Pkwy and Ave K in Plano, TX. We are in the same center as Garden Ridge but at the other end of the center.
Q: How long have you been there?
A: We have been in the Plano Market Square Mall for about 13 years.
Q: Are all of your books new?
A: No.
Q: Do you buy used books?
A: Yes.
Q: Do you have any other locations?
A; No.
Q: What are your store hours?
A: We are open Mon-Sat 10AM-8PM and Sun 12PM-6PM.
Q: Do you sell text books?
A: No.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and personal checks.
Q: What is your return policy?
A; All books can be returned within 7 days of your purchase when receipt is present.
Q: Where do you get all of your books and how can you sell them so cheap?
A: We buy overstocks from publishers.
Q: How often do you receive new shipments?
A: We usually add about 30-50 new titles each week.
Q: Can you look up a particular book to see if you have it in stock by author or title on your computer?
A: Yes, we can tell you if we have a particular book in stock.
Q: What are the benefits for signing up on your e-mail list?
A: Sometimes we get large shipments of a particular type of book such as 500 new children's titles. Most of our customers like to know when we get these types of shipments. We also announce sales through emails that are sometimes only sent to our email customers.
Q: Can you ship books to prisons?
A: Yes.
Q: Do you still carry computer books?
A: We used to carry a lot of computer titles but currently we carry very few.
Q: Do you offer extra discounts for teachers, senior citizens, or people in the military?
A: No, 75% off is as much as we are able to do.
Q: Do you have a website that we can order from?
A: Not at this time.
Q: What type of books do you carry?
A: Our specialty is children's books. We currently have over 3,000 titles of children's books. We have over 1,000 titles in young adult books alone. In our adult section, we have fiction, audio books, history, home improvement, cookbooks, craft books, christian books, parenting, business, travel, art and 10 or so other categories.
